Currently, NexPort Campus assignments include the following: Courseware assignments, discussion assignments, manually graded assignments, media assignments, quality assurance assignments, swappable assignments, test assignments, and writing assignments.
Automatic grading
Where the grading strategy for an assignment is ‘Manually Graded’, NexPort Campus automatically grades these assignments submitted by you, unlike those assignments that are manually graded by instructors.

SCORM
SCORM is an acronym for Sharable Content Object Reference Model. According to SCORM.com, “SCORM is a set of technical standards for e-learning software products. Specifically, SCORM governs how online learning content and Learning Management Systems (LMSs) communicate with each other."

Weighted grades
Some assignments may be worth more than others, based on factors such as the difficulty level of the assignment and the importance or criticality. A weighted grading scheme is created for this purpose: a weightage is given to each assignment, even if each assignment is worth 100 points.
For example, assignment C is the final assignment, and is worth more than assignment A and B. The weightage attributed to assignment C is thus the highest.
