You can assign membership to a group in the following ways:
Forced Membership: In this group, the customers who redeem tickets from this batch become member of the selected groups.
Selectable Membership: In this group, the customers who redeem tickets from this batch have the option to accept or decline the group membership invitation.
Step 1: Click the Membership Settings tab.
Step 2: On the Membership Settings page, do one of the following:
In the Force Memberships area, select the check box next to the group to which you need to assign the forced membership. The selected group is displayed in the Selected Groups column.
or
In the Selectable Memberships area, select the check box next to the group to which you provide the ability to choose membership. The selected group is displayed in the Selected Groups column.
