# Modify the Batch details

## **To modify batch details**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Batch Details**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit Ticket Batch Details**</mark> area, do the following:

> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Name**</mark> box, type the batch name.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Ticket Redemption URL**</mark>, click to view the ticket redemption link.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Automatic Dispensing Behavior**</mark> list, select one of the following automatic dispensing behaviors for this ticket batch.

| <mark style="color:blue;">**No Automatic Dispensing**</mark>               | Tickets must be redeemed using each ticket’s individual dispensing URL.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Automatic Dispense Existing Tickets**</mark>   | Students may redeem tickets from this batch using the automatic dispense URL. When tickets are redeemed in this method the NexPort Campus automatically selects the next ticket in the batch and assigns it to the redeeming student. Tickets are not dispensed, when the batch runs out of tickets. |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Automatic Dispense Create New Tickets**</mark> | It is similar to <mark style="color:blue;">**Automatic Dispense Existing Tickets**</mark> field, except that when the last ticket is dispensed automatically the NexPort Campus adds a new ticket to the ticket batch and continues dispensing.                                                      |

> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Dispensing Timeout**</mark>, type the time for the ticket.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Dispense URL**</mark>, click to view the dispense link.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Order No.**</mark> box, type the order number.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Customer**</mark> box, type the name of the customer.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Sales Contact**</mark> box, type the contact number of the Sales Representative.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Notes**</mark> box, type information related to the ticket batch.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Group Selection Instructions**</mark> box, type the group selection instruction for the students to see when they are forced to select a group membership.

Some organizations require a subscriber to join at least one group before they can continue to their training.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Number of Tickets**</mark> section displays the currently available tickets.
>
> Select the <mark style="color:blue;">**Enabled**</mark> check box, to redeem the tickets from this batch.

Click to clear the <mark style="color:blue;">**Enabled**</mark> check box, so that no tickets from this batch are redeemed.

> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Activate Tickets On**</mark> box, select the earlier date that any ticket in this batch can be redeemed.
>
> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Redeemable now**</mark>, display either <mark style="color:blue;">**Yes**</mark> or <mark style="color:blue;">**No**</mark>, on whether the tickets can be currently redeemed.

If the tickets in this batch can be redeemed right now then it displays <mark style="color:blue;">**Yes**</mark>.

> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions from this batch will last**</mark> box, type the number of days for which you need the subscription to be active.
>
> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**All subscription in this batch will expire by**</mark> box, select the ticket deactivation end date.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark>. The batch details are updated and saved.

## **To add additional tickets**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Add Tickets**</mark> box, type the number of additional tickets to add in the ticket batch.

Step 2: Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Add Tickets**</mark>.

> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Number if Tickets**</mark> section, the number of available tickets gets updated. *<mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">This is a mandatory field.</mark>*

The number of tickets gets updated in the <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit Ticket Batch Details**</mark> area, after you add tickets in the <mark style="color:blue;">**Add Additional Tickets**</mark> area.
