Step 1: Click the Batch Details tab.
Step 2: In the Edit Ticket Batch Details area, do the following:
In the Name box, type the batch name.
In the Ticket Redemption URL, click to view the ticket redemption link.
In the Automatic Dispensing Behavior list, select one of the following automatic dispensing behaviors for this ticket batch.
No Automatic Dispensing
Tickets must be redeemed using each ticket’s individual dispensing URL.
Automatic Dispense Existing Tickets
Students may redeem tickets from this batch using the automatic dispense URL. When tickets are redeemed in this method the NexPort Campus automatically selects the next ticket in the batch and assigns it to the redeeming student. Tickets are not dispensed, when the batch runs out of tickets.
Automatic Dispense Create New Tickets
It is similar to Automatic Dispense Existing Tickets field, except that when the last ticket is dispensed automatically the NexPort Campus adds a new ticket to the ticket batch and continues dispensing.
In the Dispensing Timeout, type the time for the ticket.
In the Dispense URL, click to view the dispense link.
In the Order No. box, type the order number.
In the Customer box, type the name of the customer.
In the Sales Contact box, type the contact number of the Sales Representative.
In the Notes box, type information related to the ticket batch.
In the Group Selection Instructions box, type the group selection instruction for the students to see when they are forced to select a group membership.
The Number of Tickets section displays the currently available tickets.
Select the Enabled check box, to redeem the tickets from this batch.
In the Activate Tickets On box, select the earlier date that any ticket in this batch can be redeemed.
The Redeemable now, display either Yes or No, on whether the tickets can be currently redeemed.
In the Subscriptions from this batch will last box, type the number of days for which you need the subscription to be active.
In the All subscription in this batch will expire by box, select the ticket deactivation end date.
Step 3: Click Save. The batch details are updated and saved.
Step 1: In the Add Tickets box, type the number of additional tickets to add in the ticket batch.
Step 2: Click Add Tickets.
In the Number if Tickets section, the number of available tickets gets updated. This is a mandatory field.
