# Modify the Training Plan Enrollment details

## **To modify the training plan enrollment details**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Users**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**User Listing**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Select a user to modify the enrollment details.

> The user information page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Enrollments**</mark> tab.

> The list of enrollments is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Training Plans**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> Click the ![](/files/QHKV3xjuQrqE1REIeGln) icon next to the training plan enrollment that you need to override.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 7:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit Training Plan Enrollment \<EnrollmentName>**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 8:**</mark> On the selected training plan enrollment, modify the information on the following tabs.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Breakdown**</mark> tab gives you a combined view of the statuses and scores of each assignment.
>
> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Academic Tools**</mark> tab lets you view and modify the following sections:
>
> This section displays the current status of the enrollment. You can modify the <mark style="color:blue;">**Available Date**</mark> and/or <mark style="color:blue;">**Expiration Date**</mark>.

When you update the <mark style="color:blue;">**Date**</mark> and/or <mark style="color:blue;">**Expiration Date**</mark>, select the <mark style="color:blue;">**Lock**</mark> check box to save the updates. If the <mark style="color:blue;">**Lock**</mark> check box is not selected, any actions made in <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Groups**</mark> overrides the available date and expiry date settings on the <mark style="color:blue;">**Academic Tools**</mark> tab.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Has Transcript Record**</mark> option lets you generate the transcript record by clicking the <mark style="color:blue;">**Generate Transcript Record**</mark>. You receive a pop-up and an email notification that the transcript record was generated.

Users with academic override permissions can generate a transcript record.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Impersonate User**</mark> button lets you navigate around the courseware that the student is having an issue with. The testing team or the customer care team can replicate the issue and send it to the engineering team

> This section lets you override any item listed in the status. Modify the values according to your requirements, and then click <mark style="color:blue;">**Override**</mark>.
>
> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Audit Trail**</mark> tab let you track all the changes made to an enrollment. The <mark style="color:blue;">**Audit Trail**</mark> page lists the score, phase, result, log user, IP address, and the log date.
>
> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Transcript Evaluations**</mark> tab provides you with the evaluator, date applied, transcript file, notes on the evaluation and requirements for the evaluation.
