The Rich Text Editor helps you to add content and also to apply formatting to it. Using this editor, you can easily insert images and tables, manage links in an intuitive manner, and perform text formatting tasks.
The following table describes the functions of the icons and buttons in rows A, B, and C (in the above image) that are common for the Rich Text Editor.
Row A
Paragraph style options
Font size options
Font family options
Select the text, and then apply the text color.
Select the text and then apply the background color to the text.
Makes the selected text bold.
Makes the selected text italics.
Underlines the selected text.
Strikes through the selected text.
Aligns the selected text to the left.
Aligns the selected text in the center.
Aligns the selected text to the right.
Aligns the selected text to both the left and the right margins.
Row B
Bulleted list or add a bullet list item.
Numbered list or add a numbered list item.
Creates a hyperlink, and then opens a window to link to an external URL. You can insert a hyperlink from the text in your document to a website, an image, or an email address.
Removes a hyperlink from the text in the document to a website, an image, or an email address.
Adds an image.
To insert an image:
Click Insert Image.
The Insert Image dialog box is displayed. This dialog box has three tabs: From URL, From Library, and Upload.
Do one of the following:
From URL: Type the image target URL, and then click OK.
From Library: Select the image from the library, and then click OK.
Upload: Browse to locate the image file, and then click OK.
Do not set the width and the height for the image.
Maximizes the editor size inside the browser.
Opens a window with various properties to add a table.

Pastes content with source formatting
Pastes content without source formatting
Moves the selected text to the left.
Moves the selected text to the right.
Highlight the text and then click this block quote to make all the highlighted text even on all sides, forming a block.
Click to undo the previous action.
Click to redo the previous action.
Click to insert code snippet.
