Campus Inbox
With NexPort Campus, you have an inclusive notification and electronic communications system which enables you to send auto notifications to your users.
You can access the inbox to receive update notifications and communications regarding various activities in the NexPort Campus. You can receive notifications regarding user subscription, membership, question banks, group enrollment, user role permissions, copy course catalog and question bank, ticket details, pending assignment deadline, change password, forgot password, and others.
View inbox notification
You can view or read the new or unread notifications (appear in bold letters) whereas already read notifications (appear as normal).
In the upper-right corner of the NexPort Campus, click the
Inbox icon.
View sent notification
You can view or read the previously send notifications.
Step 1: In the upper-right corner of the NexPort Campus, click the Inbox** ** icon.
Step 2: Click the Sent Mail tab, to view or read the previously send messages.
Delete inbox or sent notification
You can delete one or more notifications from the Inbox or Sent Mail if those notifications are no longer required.
Step 1: In the upper-right corner of NexPort Campus, click the Inbox** ** icon.
Step 2: In the Inbox tab or the Sent Mail tab, under the Select All column, select the checkbox next to the message that you need to remove then click Delete.
The selected notification from the Inbox tab or the Sent Mail tab is displayed.
