Web Based Learning Management Platform

NexPort Campus is a core component of the NexPort Learning Management Platform (NexPort). NexPort is a hosted learning and knowledge management platform that empowers its partners to become online providers/retailers of user-customized, on-demand training and education services with virtually no investment in infrastructure. NexPort Campus supports a variety of training and education paradigms. These include online instructor based training, self paced education or a blending of the two.

NexPort Campus features

• A Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant LMS

• Compatibility with all SCORM-compliant courseware to include the Integrated Knowledge Elements (iKe™) products

• Individual annual subscription-based access within organizational hierarchies

• A course content repository with extensive customer content storage capacity

• Branded, organizational home space, threaded discussion, library, and user-tasking customization functionalities

• A secure permissions-based managers console

• Automated reporting, instructor comment and assignment inputs, and calendar based tasking

• A common organizational library with additional libraries in organizational sub-portals

• Subscription access includes a Collaborative Learning Environment (CLE) utilizing NexMeeting, which supports meetings and blended learning and provides an easy-to-use, browser-based, web meeting, and production tool with the following features:

  • Unload-able and shareable Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations, whiteboard, and webpages

  • Access for Mac, Windows, and Linux, all using off-the-shelf browsers. For example, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome

  • Live, real-time audio

  • In-meeting presenter controlled chat (public)

  • Integrated and automated scheduling and participant invitation dissemination

  • No downloads required to host or attend
