# Access NexPort Campus

## Log on to NexPort Campus

*<mark style="color:red;">You need access credentials (username and password) with</mark>* *<mark style="color:red;">**Administrator Privilege**</mark>* *<mark style="color:red;">to use the features and functionalities that are related to the NexPort Campus Administrator.</mark>*

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> In the browser, type the following URL: [https://nexportcampus.com](https://nexportcampus.com/)

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Login**</mark> screen is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Login**</mark> box, enter your user name and then enter your password In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Password**</mark> box.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Sign In**</mark> button, after which the NexPort Campus main page will be shown.

*<mark style="color:blue;">You can select the</mark>* *<mark style="color:blue;">**Stay Signed In**</mark>* *<mark style="color:blue;">check box to log on to NexPort Campus automatically instead of typing these details every time you access this.</mark>*

## Sign Out from NexPort Campus <a href="#log2" id="log2"></a>

You must sign out from NexPort Campus to close the current session.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> In the upper-right corner, click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Sign Out**</mark> link.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> The NexPort Campus <mark style="color:blue;">**Sign In**</mark> page is displayed.

## Reset Your Password <a href="#reset" id="reset"></a>

*<mark style="color:blue;">If you have an active account on NexPort Campus and have forgotten your password, you can use the</mark>* *<mark style="color:blue;">**I cannot access my account link**</mark>* *<mark style="color:blue;">on the login page. NexPort Campus sends you an email with a link to reset your password.</mark>*

### **To reset your NexPort Campus password**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> In a web browser, type the URL: [**nextportcampus.com**](https://nexportcampus.com)\*\*\*\*

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**I cannot access my account**</mark> link and the <mark style="color:blue;">**Help**</mark> screen is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Reset your password**</mark> link.
