# Delete a User

This is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All user activity are permanently lost.

## To delete a user

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Users**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**Delete Users**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark>\*\* \*\* In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Find User**</mark> box, type the user name that you need to delete.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Delete Selected Users**</mark>.

> A confirmation dialog box is displayed with the *<mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">“Are you sure you want to delete \<number> users?”</mark>* message.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**OK**</mark>.

> The selected users are deleted from the NexPort Campus.
