# Creating a HTML Certificate

HTML Certificate Templates can be created in NexPort

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Select the HTML Certificate Template and <mark style="color:blue;">**Add or Edit a Page.**</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> Gather desired certificate fields from the <mark style="color:blue;">**Certificate Template Reference.**</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Search and <mark style="color:blue;">**Copy to Clipboard**</mark> the desired property.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> Optionally add Custom Enrollment Fields by replacing <mark style="color:blue;">**CUSTOMFIELDKEY**</mark> for $enrollment.Fields.<mark style="color:blue;">**CUSTOMFIELDKEY**</mark>.\<Property> with the <mark style="color:blue;">**Key**</mark> defined in

* <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration -> Manage Campus -> Group Tools -> Customize -> Custom Enrollment Fields.**</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> Optionally add Custom Profile Fields by replacing <mark style="color:blue;">**CUSTOMFIELDKEY**</mark> for $enrollment.Subscription.User.ExtendedProfile.<mark style="color:blue;">**CUSTOMFIELDKEY**</mark>.\<Property> with the <mark style="color:blue;">**Key**</mark> defined in

* <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration -> Manage Campus -> Group Tools -> Customize -> Custom Profile Fields.**</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 7:**</mark> Save the Page.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 8:**</mark> Repeat steps <mark style="color:blue;">**1 through 7**</mark> for all certificate fields.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 9:**</mark> Save the Certificate Template.
