Creating a HTML Certificate

HTML Certificate Templates can be created in NexPort

Step 1: Select the HTML Certificate Template and Add or Edit a Page.

Step 2: Gather desired certificate fields from the Certificate Template Reference.

Step 3: Search and Copy to Clipboard the desired property.

Step 4: Optionally add Custom Enrollment Fields by replacing CUSTOMFIELDKEY for $enrollment.Fields.CUSTOMFIELDKEY.<Property> with the Key defined in

• Administration -> Manage Campus -> Group Tools -> Customize -> Custom Enrollment Fields.

Step 5: Optionally add Custom Profile Fields by replacing CUSTOMFIELDKEY for $enrollment.Subscription.User.ExtendedProfile.CUSTOMFIELDKEY.<Property> with the Key defined in

• Administration -> Manage Campus -> Group Tools -> Customize -> Custom Profile Fields.

Step 6: Paste the property into the Page.

Step 7: Save the Page.

Step 8: Repeat steps 1 through 7 for all certificate fields.

Step 9: Save the Certificate Template.
