# Modify the Status and Score of an Enrollment (Academic Override)

## **To apply an academic override**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Enrollments**</mark> tab.

> The list of enrollments is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Sections**</mark> tab, and then click the ![](/files/QHKV3xjuQrqE1REIeGln) icon next to the sections enrollment that you need to override.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit Enrollment \<EnrollmentName>**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> Click the assignment in the section assignment tree in which you need to override the score, phase, result, or date.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> On the <mark style="color:blue;">**Academic Tools**</mark> tab, modify the values, and then click <mark style="color:blue;">**Override**</mark>.
