Modify the Section Enrollment Details
You can update or modify the following section enrollment details under different section such as Academic Tools, Audit Trail, Section Details, Custom Enrollment Fields, and Custom Profile Fields.

You can update or modify the following section enrollment details under different section such as Academic Tools, Audit Trail, Section Details, Custom Enrollment Fields, and Custom Profile Fields.

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Users.
Step 2: The User Listing page is displayed.
Select a user to modify the enrollment details.
The user information page is displayed.
Step 3: Click the Enrollments tab.
The list of enrollments is displayed.
Step 4: Click the Sections tab.
Step 5: Click the icon next to the section enrollment that you need to override.
Step 6: The Edit Enrollment <EnrollmentName> page is displayed.
Step 7: On the selected sections enrollment, modify the information on the following tabs.
The Breakdown tab gives you a combined view of the statuses and scores of each assignment.
The Academic Tools tab lets you view and modify the following sections:
The Current Status section displays the current status of the enrollment. You can modify the Available Date and/or Expiration Date.
The Has Transcript Record option lets you generate the transcript record by clicking the Generate Transcript Record. You receive an email notification that the transcript record was generated.
The Impersonate User button lets you navigate around the courseware that the student is having an issue with. The testing team or the customer care team can replicate the issue and send it to the engineering team
The Academic Override** ** section lets you override any item listed in the status. Modify the values according to your requirements, and then click Override.
The Audit Trail tab lets you track all the changes made to an enrollment. The Audit Trail page lists the score, phase, result, log user, IP address, and the log date.
The Section Details tab displays the details of the catalog and organization to which the section belongs.
The Section Details page lists:
Unique Name - The unique name assigned to the section.
Section Organization - The organization this section belongs to.
Enrollment Organization - The organization this enrollment belongs to.
The Custom Enrollment Fields tab lets you set custom enrollment fields. You can set the value of the enrollment fields as per the enrollment. The value of the custom enrollment field is the same within an organization. The values can be different for each enrollment. Only an Administrator can edit the values of the custom enrollment fields. For more information about adding, modifying, and deleting custom enrollment fields, see:
The Custom Profile Fields tab lets you set the custom profile fields. The custom profile fields are questions that users can answer and publish on their profile. For example, if you need the users to list their favorite book on their profile, you can add that profile field. For more information about adding, modifying, and deleting custom profile fields, see:
- The Catalog this section belongs to.
- The Organization certificate issued to this enrollment.
- The Certificate used as a "replacement" and issued for this enrollment.
