Dashboard
The Dashboard menu provides you with an intuitive interface for viewing information about the group, administrators, shared catalogs, and graphical reports.
To view the dashboard
Step 1:** ** Click the Administration > Manage Campus > Dashboard.
Step 2:** ** The Dashboard page is displayed.
The following table provides information about the various sections displayed on the Dashboard page.
Group/Organization Name
The group or organization name, above the Dashboard menu is displayed.
Short Name
The short name for the group or organization.
Date Created
The date when the group was created.
URL
URL The uniform resource locator for the group.
The following table provides information about the Administrators section.
User’s Name
User names of the administrators for that group.
Role
The role assigned to the user.
The following table provides information about the shared catalogs section.
Catalog
The name of the course catalog.
Shared
From the name of the group that has shared the catalog.
Unshare
The following table provides information about the graphs that are displayed.
Enrollment Activity
The graph depicts the number of students enrolled for the year in the group.
Subscription History
The graph depicts the number of students whose subscription is active, expired, and disabled.
The table following the Subscription History graph displays the tabulated data of students whose subscription is active, disabled, and expired, and the total number of subscribers.
