# Dashboard

## **To view the dashboard**

The following table provides information about the various sections displayed on the <mark style="color:blue;">**Dashboard**</mark> page.

| Field                                                        | Description                                                            |
| ------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Group/Organization Name**</mark> | The group or organization name, above the Dashboard menu is displayed. |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Short Name**</mark>              | The short name for the group or organization.                          |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Date Created**</mark>            | The date when the group was created.                                   |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**URL**</mark>                     | URL The uniform resource locator for the group.                        |

The following table provides information about the <mark style="color:blue;">**Administrators section.**</mark>

| Field                                            | Description                                      |
| ------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**User’s Name**</mark> | User names of the administrators for that group. |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Role**</mark>        | The role assigned to the user.                   |

The following table provides information about the shared catalogs section.

| -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Catalog**</mark> | The name of the course catalog.                                                                        |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Shared**</mark>  | From the name of the group that has shared the catalog.                                                |
