Manage Training Plan Enrollment
You can view the training plan enrollment and can also enroll a student in a training plan.
To view training plan enrollment details
Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Training Plans.
The Training Plans page is displayed.

Step 2: Click the icon next to the training plan that you need to enroll.
The Enrollments page is displayed. You can view the details about the name, status, enrollment date, and last activity of the enrollments.

To enroll a student
Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Training Plans.
The Training Plans page is displayed.
Step 2: Click the icon next to the training plan that you need students to enroll for.
The Enrollments page is displayed.
Step 3: Click the Enroll a Student tab.
The Enroll a Student page is displayed.

Step 4: Click Enroll next to the student you need to enroll to the training plan.
The new training plan enrollment detail is displayed in the Enrollments tab.
To delete training plan enrollment
Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Training Plans.
The Training Plans page is displayed.
Step 2: Click the icon next to the training plan that you need students to enroll for.
The Enrollments page is displayed.

Step 3: Click the icon next to the enrollment you need to delete from the training plan.
A confirmation message, “Do you really want to delete the training plan enrollment for the <student name>?” is displayed.
Step 4: Click OK.
The selected students training plan enrollment is deleted.
