Modify Ticket Batch details

You can modify an existing ticket batch details when you need to update or modify the files for this batch.

This section explains how you can update or modify the batch details, add tickets, and apply membership settings on the Editing Ticket Batch page. It also explains how you can search, download, and delete a ticket.

To modify ticket batch details

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Ticketing.

The Ticketing page is displayed.

Step 2: Click the Batch Name next to the ticket batch that you need to modify.

The Editing Ticket Batch <<BatchName>> page is displayed.

Step 3: Modify the values in the Batch Details tab, Membership Settings tab, and Tickets tab.
