Redeem a Ticket

Tickets can be given to anyone who you need to give access to, an organization and its content. This section contains the instructions for redeeming a ticket.

To redeem a ticket

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Ticketing. The Ticketing page is displayed.

Step 2: In the Batch Name column, click Redemption Link next to the batch name of the ticket that you need to redeem.

Step 3: In the Redemption Code box, type the redeem code.

The redemption code is mentioned in the notification sent.

Step 4: Click Submit. The ticket is redeemed.
