Copy Question Bank

You can copy a question bank from one organization to another organization, this eliminates the need to re-create the question bank if the questions remain the same.

To copy a question bank

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Question Banks. The Question Banks page is displayed.

Step 2: Click the icon next to the question bank that you need to copy.

Step 3: The copy question bank: <question bank name> dialog box is displayed.

Step 4: In the organization tree, select the organization to which you need to copy the question bank, and then click Copy.

Step 5: A confirmation is displayed with the “Question Bank has been copied successfully” message. A notification is also sent to your email account.

Step 6: Click Close.

To view the question bank that has been copied, click the organization name, and then click the Question Banks tab. The question bank is displayed in the Question Banks list.
