# Send Instructor Notification

## Send a Notification to the Instructor

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**My Training**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Enrollments**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Enrollments**</mark> listing page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Title**</mark> column, click the section name that you need to access.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Classroom**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5**</mark>: In the upper-right corner of the classroom, click the ![](/files/rizbNs4gmOgqWZgMGfjb) icon.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Primary Instructor**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 7:**</mark> Click the ![](/files/Xt70geupqwZT4AdbpDtF) icon next to the name of the primary instructor to whom you need to send a notification.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 8:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Send Email**</mark> dialog is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 9:**</mark> Type the required information.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 10:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Send**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 11:**</mark> A notification is sent to the primary instructor.
