# View and Search Subscriptions

You can do the following on the <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions**</mark> page.

| Column                                            | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                      |
| ------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Login As**</mark>     | The <mark style="color:blue;">**Login As**</mark> other user dialog box is displayed. The link provided in the dialog box allows you to log on as the selected user.                                             |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Billing Code**</mark> | Your organization can use this field for any meaningful value.                                                                                                                                                   |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Disabled**</mark>     | Select the <mark style="color:blue;">**Disabled**</mark> check box to deactivate the subscription. The icon appears next to the user name. A disabled subscription is longer be able to access the organization. |
| <mark style="color:blue;">**Expires**</mark>      | You can change the subscription expiry date. A notification is sent when a subscription of a user is near its expiration date.                                                                                   |

When you click the user name in the subscriptions list, the <mark style="color:blue;">**User Account**</mark> page is displayed. You can also modify the subscription details from the <mark style="color:blue;">**Account Details**</mark> area.

## **To view the subscription listing**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Organization Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">.</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions**</mark> page is displayed. You can view the list of the active subscribers.

## **To search a subscription**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Organization Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">.</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Subscriptions**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Search**</mark> box, type the first few characters of the user name that you need to search.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Search**</mark>. NexPort Campus populates matching results.
