# Sharing or Copying Course Catalogs

This article will walk-through the steps to share or copy a course catalog to one or more sub-organization(s).

## Sharing Course Catalogs

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 1:**</mark>  Click on the name of the course catalog that needs to be shared.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 2:**</mark> Click on the <mark style="color:blue;">**SHARING**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 3:**</mark> Click the arrow to open the Organization map, then select one or more sub-orgs to share the course catalog.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 4:**</mark> Select the desired option(s) from the right side of the screen and press <mark style="color:blue;">**SAVE**</mark>.

## Copying Course Catalogs

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 1:**</mark>  Click on the name of the course catalog that needs to be copied.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 2:**</mark> Click on the <mark style="color:blue;">**COPY CATALOG**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 3:**</mark> Click the arrow to open the Organization map, then select one sub-org to share the course catalog.

<mark style="color:blue;">**STEP 4:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**COPY**</mark> button and it will take several moments to copy the course catalog.

When the copy process has completed a dialog box will appear with the results of the copy procedure.
