Grant a User Role

You can grant users with a new role. The System Administrator can grant for the users.

To grant a user role:

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Group Tools > Permissions.

Step 2: The Permissions page is displayed.

Step 3: In the Grant a Role box, type first few characters of the user that you need to grant a role In the Find a User section.

Step 4: Then click the Search button.

Step 5: NexPort Campus populates matching results and select the check box next to the desired username.

Step 6: In the Choose a Role section, select or type the role name.

Step 7: Click the Grant** ** button **** and the new role is granted to the user.
