# Delete a User Role

## **To delete a user role:**

Step 1: Click **Administration** > **Manage Campus** > **Group Tools** > **Permissions**.

Step 2: The **Permissions** page is displayed.

Step 3: Click the ![](/files/cHX638Mp0U7hLhEvlbZq) icon next to the user that you need to delete.

Step 4: A confirmation dialog box is displayed with the “Are you sure you want to revoke the role \<RoleName> from \<UserName>?” message.

Step 5: Click **OK**. The selected role permission of the user is removed.
