Assign Role Permissions

You can assign one or more permissions for the selected role.

There are two sections in the Select Permissions area:

  • Available: This section lists the permission categories that are available.

  • Allowed: This section lists the permissions that are assigned for the role.

To assign role permission

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Roles. The Roles page is displayed.

Step 2: In the Roles list, select a role to which you need to assign one or more permissions.

Step 3: In the Available column, select the permissions to be assigned, and then click the icon to add the permissions in the Allowed column.

To select one or more permissions, hold the Ctrl key, and then click the icon to add them in the Allowed column.

Step 4: Click Save. The permission is assigned to the role.
