Upload an Image

You can upload or reset the banner image and organization icon.

The banner image is the logo of your organization that is displayed at the upper left of your campus. By default, the NexPort logo is displayed. An icon image is used to graphically represent the organization.

The following are the icon specifications:

The icon must be set to 128 pixels.

The icon should only be in .png, .jpg or .jpeg format.

The icon must be a square image. If the icon is not set to be a square then the image gets distorted. The image might not resemble the original file. Icons are usually very small and the text appearing on the icon may not be readable due to its size.\

To upload a banner

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Group Tools > Customize > Images.

Step 2: In the Images section, under Current Banner, click Choose File.

Step 3: The Open dialog box is displayed.

Navigate and select the required image from a location according to your requirement.

Step 4: Click Open.

Step 5: Click Upload/Reset.

Step 6: The banner image is uploaded under Current Banner.

To reset the banner image, click Upload/Reset.

To upload an icon

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Group Tools > Customize > Images.

Step 2: In the Images section, under Current Icon, click Choose File.

Step 3: The Open dialog box is displayed.

Navigate and select the required image from a location according to your requirement.

Step 4: Click Open.

Step 5: Click Upload/Reset.

Step 6: The icon image is uploaded under Current Icon.

To reset the icon, click Upload/Reset.
