# Upload an Image

The banner image is the logo of your organization that is displayed at the upper left of your campus. By default, the NexPort logo is displayed. An icon image is used to graphically represent the organization.

> <mark style="color:blue;">**The following are the icon specifications:**</mark>
>
> The icon must be set to 128 pixels.
>
> The icon should only be in .png, .jpg or .jpeg format.
>
> The icon must be a square image. If the icon is not set to be a square then the image gets distorted. The image might not resemble the original file. Icons are usually very small and the text appearing on the icon may not be readable due to its size.\\

## **To upload a banner**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Group Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Customize**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Images**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Images**</mark> section, under <mark style="color:blue;">**Current Banner**</mark>, click <mark style="color:blue;">**Choose File**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Open**</mark> dialog box is displayed.

Navigate and select the required image from a location according to your requirement.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Upload/Reset**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> The banner image is uploaded under <mark style="color:blue;">**Current Banner**</mark>.

## **To upload an icon**
