Modify Custom Text

You can change specific words or phrases used in NexPort to a word or a phrase known to the organization.

Language Preferences

To modify the custom text

Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Group Tools > Customize > Edit Custom Text.\

Step 2: In the list, select the language for the search word or phrase.

Currently NexPort Campus supports, English (English Default, English US, and English UK) and Spanish (Spanish Default) languages.

Step 3: In the Search box, type the word or a phrase that you need to change.

Step 4: Click Search.

Step 5: A table where the instance of the word or the phrase has been used in the product is listed. The Original Text column displays the system default text and the Text column you can type a word or the phrase for the system default text.

Step 6: Click Save. The custom text is updated and saved.

You have to reload the webpage to view the changes.
