# Modify Custom Text

## **To modify the custom text**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Group Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Customize**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit Custom Text.**</mark>\\

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the list, select the language for the search word or phrase.

Currently NexPort Campus supports, English (English Default, English US, and English UK) and Spanish (Spanish Default) languages.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Search**</mark> box, type the word or a phrase that you need to change.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Search**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> A table where the instance of the word or the phrase has been used in the product is listed. The <mark style="color:blue;">**Original Text**</mark> column displays the system default text and the <mark style="color:blue;">**Text**</mark> column you can type a word or the phrase for the system default text.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark>. The custom text is updated and saved.
