After creating a course set, you can modify the course set details any time later.

You can update or modify course set details such as general information, assign or remove the course set, set the access limit, and share course sets.
Step 1: Click Administration > Manage Campus > Organization Tools > Course Sets.
Step 2: The List Course Sets page is displayed.
Step 3: In the Options column, click Edit next to the course set that you need to modify.
Step 4: The Course Set Editor dialog box is displayed.
Step 5: In the Course Set Editor dialog box, do the following:
General Information: In the General Information tab, you can modify the general information related to the course set.
Courses: In the Courses tab, you can assign or remove one or more courses to the course set. There are two columns in the Courses area:
Courses not in this Set: This section lists the courses that are not included in the course set.
Courses in this Set: This section lists the assigned courses for this course set.
> > **Access Limits:** In the **Access Limits** tab, you can set the validity period up to when the students can access the courses. > > **Permitted Organization:** In the **Permitted Organization** tab, you can share the course sets with an organization, sub-organization, or group.
Step 6: Click Save. The course set details are updated and saved.
Use the or to assign or remove the courses from the course set. To assign or remove one or more courses from course sets, hold the Ctrl key and then use the or .
