# Modify Course Set details

You can update or modify course set details such as general information, assign or remove the course set, set the access limit, and share course sets.

## **To modify the course set details:**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Organization Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Course Sets**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**List Course Sets**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Options**</mark> column, click <mark style="color:blue;">**Edit**</mark> next to the course set that you need to modify.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Course Set Editor**</mark> dialog box is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Course Set Editor**</mark> dialog box, do the following:

> <mark style="color:blue;">**General Information:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**General Information**</mark> tab, you can modify the general information related to the course set.
>
> <mark style="color:blue;">**Courses:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Courses**</mark> tab, you can assign or remove one or more courses to the course set. There are two columns in the <mark style="color:blue;">**Courses**</mark> area:
>
> <mark style="color:blue;">**Courses not in this Set:**</mark> This section lists the courses that are not included in the course set.
>
> <mark style="color:blue;">**Courses in this Set:**</mark> This section lists the assigned courses for this course set.

To assign or remove one or more courses from course sets, hold the Ctrl key and then use the ![](https://www.nexportcampus.com/Content/Guides/aweb/Content/Resources/Images/Common_Screens_Icons/Left_Arrow.png) or ![](https://www.nexportcampus.com/Content/Guides/aweb/Content/Resources/Images/Common_Screens_Icons/Right_Arrow.png).

\> > <mark style="color:blue;">\*\*Access Limits:\*\*</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">\*\*Access Limits\*\*</mark> tab, you can set the validity period up to when the students can access the courses. > > <mark style="color:blue;">\*\*Permitted Organization:\*\*</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">\*\*Permitted Organization\*\*</mark> tab, you can share the course sets with an organization, sub-organization, or group.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark>. The course set details are updated and saved.
