# Upload a File to a Folder

## **To upload a file to a folder**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Group Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Documents**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Browse**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark> In the bookshelf list, select a folder in which you need to add a file.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark> Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Add a File**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark> In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Upload Files**</mark> area, click <mark style="color:blue;">**Browse**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">.</mark>

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Open**</mark> dialog box is displayed. Navigate and select the required file from a location.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark> Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Open**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">.</mark> The file is uploaded under the selected folder.
