# Replace a Certificate from Shared Training

Some sections and training plans may have been shared to your organization or you may create a single set of courses that you share to sub-organizations. In many case you may need to provide a different certificate for each place that training is shared. 

## **To Replace a Certificate from Shared Training**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark>  Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Campus**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">**Organization Tools**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;"></mark><mark style="color:blue;">**Certificates**</mark>.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark>  Click the <mark style="color:blue;">**Certificate Replacement**</mark> tab.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark>  The thumbnail images of the NexPort templates and the templates that are designed by you are displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark>  To replace the NexPort Campus provided template with the custom-designed template, click the certificate on the right of the original.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark>  Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark> and the certificate is replaced.

Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Use The Original**</mark>, and then click <mark style="color:blue;">**Save**</mark> to retain the previously set NexPort template.
