Audit trail
Also referred to as an audit log, it chronologically records the changes that have been made to the data in Analytics.
Assignment Status Report
This report displays the details of assignment statuses with subscriptions in the organizations selected.
Dashboard
The dashboard is an intuitive interface for viewing information about the reports, organizations, and other report-related information for the selected organization.
Enroll
Enrolling in a section means you are signing up to participate in that section or training plan.
Bookshelf
NexPort offers storage space for documents and other media files. You can use a bookshelf to upload documents and other media that you use in sections or other areas of your campus. You can upload, organize, and share your documents on the bookshelf.

A section is a class you plan to take within NexPort Campus. It is a collection of assignments with various grading strategies and content. You can find sections by locating them within the course catalog. Multiple sections are used together to create a training plan.
Section Enrollment Report
This report displays the section enrollment details with subscriptions for the selected organizations.
Subscription Report
This report displays the subscription details of an organization.
Training Plan
A training plan is a group of sections used together. There are often prerequisites used to allow the sections to be taken in the proper order.

Transcript Record Report
This report displays the transcript records details with subscriptions for the organization selected.
