View and Search Dashboard listing

You can view the existing list of dashboards in your organization and also search for a specific dashboard. Based on your preferences, in Analytics you can view your dashboard either in a grid or in a list view.

To view a dashboard

Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Manage Dashboards.

The Dashboards Groups page is displayed.

Step 2: Select a group to view its dashboards.

Step 3: Click the icon next to the dashboard to switch between the grid view or list view.

The Edit Dashboard dialog box is displayed.

Step 4: In the Display area, click one of the following to view the dashboard widgets:

Option 1: Click List, to display the widget data in a list form.

Option 2: Click Grid, to display the widget data in a grid of chart types.

Option 3: Click Inherited (Grid/List), to display the widget using the inherited setting for display from a parent organization.

Step 5: Click Save.

The dashboard either in a grid or in a list view.

To search for a dashboard group

Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Manage Dashboards.

The Dashboards Groups page is displayed.

Step 2: In the Search box, type the first few characters of the group that you need to search.

Analytics populates the matching results.
