Schedule Reports

A report can be scheduled to run on daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. The report can be sent to specified email addresses and NexPort Campus users. The reports are generated in .CSV format.

The email sent to users includes a link to download the report snapshot. The report is not attached to the email.

How to create a schedule for a custom report?

You can create a schedule for a custom report to run at various time intervals.

Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Schedule a Custom Report.

The Schedules page is displayed.

Step 2: In the upper-right corner of Analytics, click +Add Schedule.

The New Schedule page is displayed.

Step 3: Fill the data in the New Schedule page and click Save.

A new schedule is created for a Custom Report.
