Access Analytics

You can login to NexPort Analytics either through NexPort Campus or directly through NexPort Analytics login screen.

Log on to Nexport Analytics

You need NexPort Campus credentials (username and password) with Report Manager privileges to create custom reports and schedule them to be sent through email within NexPort Analytics. To view dashboards, you only need NexPort Campus credentials and access to be granted through the dashboard interface.

To log on through NexPort Campus:

Step 1: In the browser, type the following URL: https://www.nexportcampus.com

Step 2: The Login screen is displayed.

Step 3: In the Login box, type your user name.

Step 4: In the Password box, type your password.

You can select the Stay Signed In check box to log on to NexPort Campus automatically instead of typing these details every time you access this.

Step 5: Click Sign In.

The NexPort Campus screen is displayed.

Step 6: Click Administration > Reports > Login to Analytics.

You are logged into NexPort Analytics and the home screen is displayed.

If you do not have reporting permissions but you do have dashboard access, you are not able to see the Reports link under the Administration tab. You will have to login directly to NexPort Analytics.

To directly log on Nexport Analytics:

Step 1: In the browser, type the following URL: https://reporting.nexportcampus.com

Step 2: The Login screen is displayed.

Step 4: In the Username box, type your user name.

Step 5: In the Password box, type your password.

You can select the Stay Logged In check box to log on to NexPort Analytics automatically instead of typing these details every time you access this link.

Step 6: Click Log In.

Step 7: The NexPort Analytics home page is displayed.

Log off from Analytics

You must log off from NexPort Analytics to close the current session. However, if you do not log off you will eventually time out of the session.

In the upper-right corner, click Log off and then the NexPort Analytics login screen is displayed.

Reset Password

If you have an active account on NexPort Analytics and have forgotten your password, you can use the I cannot access my account link on the login page of NexPort Campus. NexPort Campus sends you an email with a link to reset your password.

To reset your password:

Step 1: In the browser, type the URL: https://www.nexportcampus.com

The Login screen is displayed.

Step 2: Click the I cannot access my account link.

The Help screen is displayed.

Step 3: Click the Reset your password link.

Step 4: The I Forgot My Password screen is displayed.

Step 5: In the Login box, type your user name.

Step 6: Click Continue.

A notification is sent to your email account with a link to reset your password. This link is valid only for the next 24 hours.

When you change your password, the temporary password is no longer active.

If you again forget your password, you can repeat the above process.
