How far back is the data stored in Nexport Analytics?
All the data that is stored in Nexport Analytics is indexed directly from NexPort Campus.
In what frequency or when is the data deleted from Nexport Analytics?
Data is deleted from Nexport Analytics only when it is deleted from NexPort Campus.
How can I get my data added to Nexport Analytics?
Your data is automatically populated from NexPort Campus into Nexport Analytics. If you need additional fields that are not currently reportable in Nexport Analytics, contact an Administrator for a feature request.
When is the data refreshed in Nexport Analytics?
Data is refreshed continually from NexPort Campus to Nexport Analytics. If the load is high on NexPort Campus, this could mean the data could take a couple hours to appear in Nexport Analytics.
What are the other NexPort products integrated with Nexport Analytics?
Nexport Analytics currently only reports on data pulled from NexPort Campus.
What is the difference between Flat and Aggregate reports?
Flat reports present training data in a tabular form. There is a row per enrollment, subscription, and so on. An Aggregate report uses a flat report to group data by specific properties to perform functions on the grouped result. Refer to the following sample reports.

If I load a saved report, do I lose the report I was working on?
If you did not save the report, then yes you do lose what you have done. This has no effect on the data though, so you should be able to rebuild your report easily using the custom report builder.
I see data that I thought I filtered out. What can I do?
Check your filters and make sure you are using the appropriate logical operator. For example, if you are expecting “All Subscriptions with membership in Group 1 and not in Group 2,” make sure you are not using the OR operator instead. If you are still getting data that is not expected, create a support case in NexPort Campus.

How can I generate a basic report for my organization?
To generate a basic report, select a report type, select an organization, select columns and add filters. The report is generated.
