System Requirements

To use NexPort Campus you must have a compatible web browser installed on your computer.

The following table provides the minimum software requirements to use NexPort Campus.

Desktop Computers

Supported browsers

  • Internet Explorer is no longer supported

  • Mozilla Firefox 42 and later

  • Apple Safari v15.4 and later

  • Google Chrome v99 and later

  • Opera 30 and later

  • Microsoft Edge v99 and later

Additional plug-ins (may be required)

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (view and print certificates)

Tablets

Supported browsers

  • Internet Explorer 11 and later

  • Mozilla Firefox 10 and later

  • iOS Safari 8 and later

  • Google Chrome 51 and later

  • Opera 37 and later

  • Microsoft Edge 12 and later

Additional plug-ins (may be required)

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (view and print certificates)

Enable cookies

The following are the steps to enable cookies in various browsers.

Internet Explorer

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Internet Explorer version 11.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click on the Privacy tab and select Advanced.

  4. In the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box, click Accept for First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.

  5. Click OK.

Google Chrome

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Google Chrome version 56.

To enable cookies in Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the Show advanced settings link.

  3. In the Privacy area, click Content settings tab.

  4. The Content settings dialog box is displayed.

  5. In the Cookies area, click Allow local data to be set (recommended), and then click Done.

Mozilla Firefox

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox version 47.

To enable cookies in Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

  2. The General page is displayed.

  3. Click Privacy.

  4. In the History area, do the following:

  5. In the Firefox will list, select Use custom settings for history.

  6. Select the Accept cookies from sites check box.

  7. In the Accept third-party cookies list, select From visited.

Safari

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Safari version 9.

To enable cookies in Safari:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. The General dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click the Privacy tab.

  4. In the Block cookies area, click Never.

Opera

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Opera version 30.

To enable cookies in Opera:

  1. Open Opera.

  2. The Settings page is displayed.

  3. Click Privacy & security.

  4. In the Cookies area, click Allow local data to be set (recommended).

Microsoft Edge

The following are the steps to enable cookies in Microsoft Edge version 12.

To enable cookies in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge app.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the toolbar, click or tap on More actions > Settings.

  3. Click or tap on View advanced settings.

  4. In the Cookies list, select Don’t block cookies.
