Training Plan Enrollments Report

This report displays the training plan enrollments details for subscriptions in the organizations selected. Analytics generates the Training Plan Enrollment report based on the filters you select. In the Training Plan Enrollment report the columns and filters are of the following categories:

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Training Plan Enrollment category.

Column	Filter	Description
Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student was enrolled in the training plan.
Expiration Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the training plan expires for the Student.
Completion Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student completed the training plan.
Enrollment Day	Numeric Filter	Displays the day of the month the Student was enrolled in the training plan.
Enrollment Month	Numeric Filter	Displays the month of the year the Student was enrolled in the training plan.
Enrollment Year	Numeric Filter	Displays the year the Student was enrolled in the training plan.
Academic Override	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the training plan enrollment was overridden by an Administrator.
Academic Override Editor	User Filter	Displays the name of the Administrator who overrode the training plan enrollment, if applicable.
Phase	Phase Filter	Displays whether the enrollment is "Not Started", "In Progress" “To Be Graded”, or "Finished".
Result	Result Filter	Displays whether the enrollment is "Not Graded", "Passing" or "Failing".
Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the score of the Student received for the training plan.
First Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student first performed activity in the training plan.
Last Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student last performed activity in the training plan.
Date Last Assignment Completed	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student completed the last assignment in the training plan.
Last Assignment Completed	Text Filter	Displays the title of the assignment that was completed last for the Student in the training plan.
Total Accumulated Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for assignments the Student has completed in all sections in the training plan.
Accumulated Hours (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for assignments the Student has completed in all sections in the training plan within the user-specified date range.
Total Activity Sessions	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom of sections in the training plan.
Activity Sessions (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom of sections in the training plan within the user-specified date range.
Total Activity Session Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom of sections in the training plan.
Activity Session Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom of sections in the training plan within the user-specified date range.
Total Test Attempts	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for all NexPort test assignments of sections in the training plan (excludes courseware).
Test Attempts (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for all NexPort test assignments of sections in the training plan (excludes courseware) within the user-specified date range.
Total SCORM Course Launches	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched a courseware assignment in sections of the training plan.
SCORM Course Launches (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched a courseware assignment in section of the training plan within the user-specified date range.
Total SCORM Course Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in courseware assignments in section of the training plan, as reported by the courses.
SCORM Course Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in courseware assignments in section of the training plan within the user-specified date range, as reported by the courses.
Custom Enrollment Field Values	Custom Field Filter	Displays the enrollment's value for a custom enrollment field in an organization. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays the default value for the enrollment's training plan for a custom enrollment field in an organization. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Total Fulfilled Transcript Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of pace duration hours the Student has accumulated through transcript evaluation.
Percent Complete	NA	Displays the percentage of pace duration hours a Student has accumulated by completing assignments over the total pace duration hours for requirements in the training plan. Note: This is not the section requirements completed over the total section requirements in the training plan.
Total Selected Path Pace Duration Hours	NA	Displays the number of pacing hours in the selected elective path for the Student's enrollment.
Total Selected Path Pace Section Requirements	NA	Displays the number of section requirements in the selected elective path for the Student's enrollment.
Total Sections Fulfilled by Student	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed by the Student.
Sections Fulfilled by Student (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed by the Student within the user-specified date range.
Total Sections Fulfilled by Academic Override	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed when an Administrator has overridden the enrollment data.
Sections Fulfilled by Academic Override (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed when an Administrator has overridden the enrollment data in the user-specified date range.
Total Sections Fulfilled by Transcript	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed by transcript evaluation.
Sections Fulfilled by Transcript (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of section requirements completed by transcript evaluation in the user-specified date range.
Percentage Fulfilled by Transcript Evaluation	Numeric Filter	Displays the percentage of section requirements completed by transcript evaluation over the total number of section requirements in the training plan.
Requires Transcript Evaluation	Yes/No Filter	Displays true when there is a transcript requirement and it is not fulfilled or there is no transcript requirement and an evaluation is never done.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the enrollment was last refreshed in Analytics.

Search	Training Plan Filter	Allows filtering by a specific training plan, rather than a title match.
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the training plan.
Pace Duration Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for all assignments of all sections in the training plan, including all elective paths.
Unique Name	Text Filter	Displays the unique name for the training plan, used for automating enrollment.
Date Created	Date Filter	Displays the date when the training plan was created.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when the training plan was modified.
Hidden	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the training plan is hidden from the Student view.
Allow Drops	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students are allowed to drop the training plan.
Auto-Enroll New Members	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not new members in a group are automatically enrolled in the training plan.
End After Period from Enrollment Start	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the Student has a limited number of days to complete the training plan from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Duration	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of days the Student has to complete the training plan from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date that a Student can enroll in the training plan.
Enrollment End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer enroll in the training plan.
Final Drop Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer drop the training plan.
Training Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student can actually start work on assignments in the training plan.
Training End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer work on assignments in the training plan.
Manual Enrollment Disabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can enroll in the training plan manually.
Certificates Disabled for Student	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can download a certificate for the training plan.
Credit Hours	Numeric Filter	The numeric value for the number of hours the training plan is worth for credit.
Shared Groups	Group Filter	Displays the groups to which the training plan is shared.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays all the default values for the training plan for a custom enrollment field in any organization to which it is shared. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Longest Path Pace Duration Hours	NA	Displays the number of pacing hours in the longest elective path in the training plan if there are any electives in the training plan. If there are multiple elective sections for the same section requirement, it uses the max of the sum of the pace duration hours for the assignments in the section.
Total Section Requirements	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section requirements in the training plan, exclude category, and transcript requirements.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the training plan was last refreshed in Analytics.

In addition, training plan enrollment report also includes all the columns and filters from the Subscription, Student, and Contact categories.
