Subscriptions Report

This report displays the subscription details of users within an organization. Analytics generates the Subscription Report based on the filters you select. The columns and filters are of the following categories:

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under the Subscription category.

Column	Filter	Description
Billing Code	Text Filter	Displays the billing code for the subscription.
Current Status	Text Filter	Displays the current subscription status of the user for the organization.
Current Status Enabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the current status subscription is enabled.
Current Status Date Set	Date Filter	Displays the date when the current subscription status for the user was set.
Is Disabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the subscription is disabled.
Date Added	Date Filter	Displays the date when the subscription was created.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when the subscription was last modified.
Date Expires	Date Filter	Displays the date when the subscription expires in the system.
Date Last Assignment Activity	Date Filter	Displays the date when the user attempted any assignments in an organization.
Number of Section Enrollments	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section enrollments of the user in an organization.
Number of Training Plan Enrollments	Numeric Filter	Displays number of training plan enrollments of the user in an organization.
Membership Groups	Group Filter	Displays the groups in which the user has a membership in an organization.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the subscription data was last refreshed in Analytics.
Custom Profile Fields	Custom Field Filter	Displays the value of the subscription for a custom profile field in an organization. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Organization Name	Text Filter	Displays the organization name of the subscription.
Organization Short Name	Text Filter	Displays the organization short name of the subscription.
Organized Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the organization was last refreshed in Analytics.

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under the Student category.

Column	Filter	Description
First Name	Text Filter	Displays the first name of the Student.
Last Name	Text Filter	Displays the last name of the Student.
Middle Name	Text Filter	Displays the middle name of the Student.
Nickname	Text Filter	Displays the nickname of the Student.
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the Student. For example; Miss, Mr., or Dr.
Email	Text Filter	Displays the email address of the Student.
Date Added	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student was added to the system.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when information of the Student was last modified in the system.
Date Last Login	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student last logged in to the system.
Time Zone	Time Zone Filter	Displays the time zone of the Student.
Login	Text Filter	Displays the login name of the Student.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student was last refreshed in Analytics.

Phone	Text Filter	Displays the phone number of the Student.
Mobile	Text Filter	Displays the mobile number of the Student.
Fax	Text Filter	Displays the fax number of the Student.
Address	Text Filter	Displays the address with line 1 and line 2 of the Student.
Address Line 1	Text Filter	Displays the address line 1 of the Student.
Address Line 2	Text Filter	Displays the address line 2 of the Student.
City	Text Filter	Displays the city of the Student.
State	Text Filter	Displays the state of the Student.
Zip Code	Text Filter	Displays the zip code of the Student.
Country	Text Filter	Displays the country of the Student.
Caption	Text Filter	Displays additional Student contact information.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the contact information was last refreshed in Analytics.
