Sections Report

This report displays the sections details for sections shared through a catalog to the selected organizations. Analytics generates the Sections report based on the filters you select. The Sections report has section as the category for columns and filters.

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Section category.

Column	Filter	Description
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the section.
Pace Duration Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of assignment pace duration hours that a user is expected to complete the section in, for pacing.
Unique Name	Text Filter	Displays the unique name for the section, used for automating enrollment.
Date Created	Date Filter	Displays the date when the section was created.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when the section was modified.
Hidden	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the section is hidden from the Student view.
Allow Drops	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students are allowed to drop the section.
Auto-Enroll New Members	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not new members in a group are automatically enrolled in the section.
End After Period from Enrollment Start	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the Student has a limited number of days to complete the section from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Duration	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of days the Student has to complete the section from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date that a Student can enroll in the section.
Enrollment End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer enroll in the section.
Final Drop Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer drop the section.
Training Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student can actually start work on assignments in the section.
Training End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer work on assignments in the section.
Manual Enrollment Disabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can enroll in the section manually.
Certificates Disabled for Student	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can download a certificate for the section.
Credit Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the numeric value for the number of hours the syllabus is worth for credit.
Shared Groups	Group Filter	Displays the groups to which the section is shared.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays all the default values for the section for a custom enrollment field in any organization to which it is shared. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Credit Assignments	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of assignments in the section with a weight greater than zero.
Section Number	Text Filter	Displays the section number for the section.
CEUs	Text Filter	Displays the Continuing Education Units for the section.
Duration	Text Filter	Displays the duration of the section, usually specified as X hours.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the section was last refreshed in Analytics.
