Training Plans Report

This report displays the training plan details for training plans shared through a catalog to the selected organization. Analytics generates the Training Plan report based on the filters you select. The Training Plan report has training plan as the category for columns and filters.

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Training Plan category.

Column	Filter	Description
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the training plan.
Pace Duration Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for all assignments of all sections in the training plan, including all elective paths.
Unique Name	Text Filter	Displays the unique name for the training plan, used for automating enrollment.
Date Created	Date Filter	Displays the date when the training plan was created.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when the training plan was modified.
Hidden	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the training plan is hidden from the Student view.
Allow Drops	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students are allowed to drop the training plan.
Auto-Enroll New Members	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not new members in a group are automatically enrolled in the training plan.
End After Period from Enrollment Start	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the Student has a limited number of days to complete the training plan from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Duration	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of days the Student has to complete the training plan from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date that a Student can enroll in the training plan.
Enrollment End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer enroll in the training plan.
Final Drop Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer drop the training plan.
Training Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student can actually start work on assignments in the training plan.
Training End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline for when a Student can no longer work on assignments in the training plan.
Manual Enrollment Disabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can enroll in the training plan manually.
Certificates Disabled for Student	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can download a certificate for the training plan.
Credit Hours	Numeric Filter	The numeric value for the number of hours the training plan is worth for credit.
Shared Groups	Group Filter	Displays the groups to which the training plan is shared.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays all the default values for the training plan for a custom enrollment field in any organization to which it is shared. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Longest Path Pace Duration Hours	NA	Displays the number of pacing hours in the longest elective path in the training plan if there are any electives in the training plan. If there are multiple elective sections for the same section requirement, it uses the max of the sum of the pace duration hours for the assignments in the section.
Total Section Requirements	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of section requirements in the training plan, exclude category and transcript requirements.
Longest Path Total Section Requirements	NA	The number of section requirements in the longest elective path in the training plan.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the training plan was last refreshed in Analytics.
