Grouped By Column or Filter (Aggregate Report Mode only)

You can have one or more groups by filter conditions that are used to group the data to apply aggregate functions.

You can add multiple filter conditions in a group by filter.

Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Create a Custom Report.

The Create a Custom Report page is displayed.

Step 2: In the upper-left corner, click the icon to change the report mode to aggregate.

Step 3: In the menu, click Grouped By.

The list of group by filter properties is displayed.

Step 4: Select the property by which to group the data.

The group by filters update in the filter display and group by column is added to the table data.

Remove a group by filter from an aggregate custom report

You can remove a group filter from a custom report.

Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Create a Custom Report.

The Create a Custom Report page is displayed.

Step 2: In the upper-left corner, click the icon to change the report mode to aggregate.

Step 3: Hover over the group filter property that you need to remove. Click the icon that appears next to the group by filter property.

The group by filter property is removed.
