Transcript Records Report

This report displays the transcript records details for subscriptions in the organization selected. Analytics generates the Transcript Records Report based on the filters you select. In the Transcript Record report the columns and filters are of the following categories:

Transcript record | Section enrollment | Section | Subscription | Student | Contact

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Transcript Record category.

Column	Filter	Description
Enrollment Completion Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the transcript record was created.
Enrollment Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student started the enrollment for the transcript record.
Type	Transcript Record Type Filter	Displays whether the transcript record was created when "Completed", "Dropped" or "Deleted".
Result	Result Filter	Displays the phase of the enrollment when the transcript record was created.
Status	Transcript Record Status Filter	Displays the status of the enrollment when the transcript record was created.
Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the score the Student received in the enrollment for the transcript record.
Max Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the max score the Student could have received in the enrollment for the transcript record.
Percent	Numeric Filter	Displays the percentage of score over the max score for the transcript record training.
Academic Override	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the enrollment for the transcript record was overridden by an Administrator.
Academic Override Editor	User Filter	Displays the Administrator who overrode the enrollment for the transcript record, if applicable.
Academic Override Editor Fullname	Text Filter	Displays the full name of Administrator who overrode the enrollment for the transcript record, if applicable.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the transcript record was last refreshed in Analytics.

In addition, transcript record report also includes all the columns and filters from the Subscription, Student, Contact, Section Enrollment, and Section categories.

Transcript Records in Analytics are never deleted, even if they are deleted in NexPort Campus.
