Create a Schedule for a Custom Report

You can create a new schedule for a custom report to run once or multiple times. The scheduled custom report can be sent to the specified email addresses and NexPort Campus users.
Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Schedule a Custom Report.
The Schedules page is displayed.
Step 2: In the upper-right corner of the NRS, click Add Schedule.
The New Schedule page is displayed.
Step 3: In the Name box, type the name for the schedule report. This is a mandatory field.
Step 4: In the Custom Report box, select a custom report that you need to schedule. This is a mandatory field.
Step 5: In the Start Date box, select the scheduled start date and time to run the report.
Step 6: In the Time Zone box, select the time zone for the selected date to run your report.
Step 7: In the Repeats Every box, type the frequency (numerical value) for how often you need to run the report. Also, select the time interval after which the scheduled report must be repeated. Do one of the following:
Option 1: Type a numerical value and select either minute, hour, or day as a time interval to run the report.
Option 2: Type a numerical value and select week as a time interval, under the On Days area, check the boxes next to each day you need to run the report.
Option 3: Type a numerical value and select month as a time interval, under the On area, click same day as start or first day of month or last day of month to run the report. The same day as start selection means that the report runs on the same day as when you select the schedule to start. The first day of month means that the report runs on the first day of the month at the scheduled time. The last day of month means that the report runs on the last day of the month at the scheduled time.
Option 4: Type a numerical value and select year as a time interval, under the Ends area, select the end date to stop running the report.
Step 8: In the Ends list, select one of the following:
Option 1: Click Never, the schedule is repeated after the time interval selected and does not end.
Option 2: Click On, the date picker box is enabled. Select the end date to stop running the report.
Step 9: In the Description box, type a description related to the custom report schedule.
Step 10: In the Minimum Results Required to Send Report box, select the number of minimum results you require to send the report.
Step 11: In the Recipient Emails box, add the email addresses to which the custom report is to be sent.
Step 12: In the Recipient NexPort Users box, select the users’ email addresses defined in NexPort Campus.
Step 14: Click Save.
A new schedule is created for a custom report.
Step 13: Click the icon to remove the NexPort user.
