Assignment Statuses Report

This report displays the assignment status details for subscriptions in the organizations selected. Analytics generates the Assignment Statuses report based on the filters you select. In the Assignment Statuses report the columns and filters are of the following categories:

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Assignment Status category.

Column	Filter	Description
Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student started the assignment.
Completion Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student completed the assignment.
First Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student first performed activity in the assignment.
Last Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date the Student last performed activity in the assignment.
Academic Override	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the assignment status was overridden by an Administrator.
Academic Override Editor	User Filter	Displays the Administrator who overrode the assignment status, if applicable.
Phase	Phase Filter	Displays whether the enrollment is "Not Started", "In Progress", “To Be Graded”, or "Finished".
Result	Result Filter	Displays whether the assignment status is "Not Graded", "Passing" or "Failing".
Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the score the Student received for the assignment.
Total Activity Sessions	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom for the assignment.
Activity Sessions (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom for the assignment within the user-specified date range.
Total Activity Session Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom for the assignment.
Activity Session Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom for the assignment within the user-specified date range.
Total SCORM Course Launches	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched the courseware if it is a courseware assignment.
SCORM Course Launches (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched the courseware within the user-specified date range if it is a courseware assignment.
Total SCORM Course Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the assignment, as reported by the course, if it is a courseware assignment.
SCORM Course Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the assignment within the user-specified date range, as reported by the course, if it is a courseware assignment.
Total Test Attempts	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for the assignment if it is a test or survey assignment.
Test Attempts (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for the assignment if it is a test or survey assignment within the user-specified date range.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the assignment status was last refreshed in Analytics.

Column	Filter	Description
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the assignment.
Pace Duration Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of pace duration hours that a user is expected to complete the assignment in, for pacing.
Weight	Numeric Filter	Displays the weight of the assignment in the section.
Mastery Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the score the Student has to achieve to pass the assignment.
Max Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the max score the Student can achieve in the assignment.
Display Order	Numeric Filter	Displays the order in which the assignment appears in the section.
Grading Strategy	Grading Strategy Filter	Displays whether the assignment is "Manually Graded", "Automatically Graded" or "Not Graded".
Type	Assignment Type Filter	Displays the type of the assignment, whether it be Test, Course, and such.
Attempt Limit	Numeric Filter	Displays the limit on the number of attempts for the assignment, applies to test assignments.
Time Limit	Time Filter	Displays the amount of time the Student has to complete the assignment, applies to test assignments.
Can Student Review	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the Student can review responses, applies to test assignments.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the assignment was last refreshed in Analytics.
Test Name	Text Filter	Displays the name of the test if the assignment is a test assignment.
Test Number of Questions	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of questions in the test if the assignment is a test assignment.
Test Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the test was last refreshed in Analytics.

In addition, assignment statuses report also includes all the columns and filters from the Subscription, Student, Contact, Section Enrollment, and Section categories.
