Section Enrollments Report

This report displays the section enrollments details for subscriptions in the selected organizations. Analytics generates the Section Enrollment report based on the filters that you select. In the Section Enrollment report the columns and filters are of the following categories:

The following table describes the columns and filters that you see under Section Enrollment category.

Column	Filter	Description
Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student was enrolled in the section.
Expiration Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the section expires for the Student.
Completion Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student completed the section.
Enrollment Day	Numeric Filter	Displays the day of the month when the Student was enrolled in the section.
Enrollment Month	Numeric Filter	Displays the month of the year when the Student was enrolled in the section.
Enrollment Year	Numeric Filter	Displays the year when the Student was enrolled in the section.
Academic Override	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the section enrollment was overridden by an Administrator.
Academic Override Editor	User Filter	Displays the administrator who overrode the section enrollment, if applicable.
Phase	Phase Filter	Displays whether the enrollment is "Not Started", "In Progress" “To Be Graded”, or "Finished".
Result	Result Filter	Displays whether the enrollment is "Not Graded", "Passing" or "Failing".
Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the score the Student has received for the section.
First Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student first performed activity in the section.
Last Activity Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student last performed activity in the section.
Date Last Assignment Completed	Date Filter	Displays the date completed for the assignment that was completed last for the Student in the section.
Last Assignment Completed	Text Filter	Displays the title of the assignment that was completed last for the Student in the section.
Total Accumulated Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for assignments the Student has completed in the section.
Accumulated Hours (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the sum of pace duration hours for assignments the Student has completed in the section within the user-specified date range.
Total Activity Sessions	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom for the section.
Activity Sessions (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has accessed the classroom for the section within the user-specified date range.
Total Activity Session Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom for the section.
Activity Session Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in the classroom for the section within the user-specified date range.
Total SCORM Course Launches	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched a courseware assignment in the section.
SCORM Course Launches (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of times the Student has launched a courseware assignment in the section within the user-specified date range.
Total SCORM Course Minutes	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in courseware assignments in the section, as reported by the courses.
SCORM Course Minutes (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of minutes the Student has spent in courseware assignments in the section within the user-specified date range, as reported by the courses.
Total Test Attempts	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for all NexPort test assignments in the section (excludes courseware).
Test Attempts (in date range)	Date Range Pre-Filter	Displays the number of test attempts for all NexPort test assignments in the section (excludes courseware) within the user-specified date range.
Custom Enrollment Field Values	Custom Field Filter	Displays the value of the enrollment for a custom enrollment field in an organization. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays the default value for the enrollment's section for a custom enrollment field in an organization. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Percent Complete	Numeric Filter	Displays the percentage of pace duration hours a Student has accumulated by completing assignments over the total pace duration hours for the section. Note: This is NOT the percentage of assignments completed over the number of assignments in the section.
Average Completed Score	Numeric Filter	Displays the average score for assignments completed in a section.
Completed Assignments	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of assignments completed in a section that have a weight greater than zero.
Completed Assignments Percentage	Numeric Filter	Displays the percentage of completed assignments over the total number of assignments that have a weight greater than zero.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date when the enrollment was last refreshed in Analytics.

Column	Filter	Description
Search	Section Filter	Allows filtering by a specific section, rather than a title search.
Title	Text Filter	Displays the title of the section.
Pace Duration Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the sum of assignment pace duration hours that a user is expected to complete the section in, for pacing.
Unique Name	Text Filter	Displays the unique name for the section, used for automating enrollment.
Date Created	Date Filter	Displays the date when the section was created.
Date Modified	Date Filter	Displays the date when the section was modified.
Hidden	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the section is hidden from the Student view.
Allow Drops	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students are allowed to drop the section.
Auto-Enroll New Members	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not new members in a group are automatically enrolled in the section.
End After Period from Enrollment Start	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not the Student has a limited number of days to complete the section from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Duration	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of days the Student has to complete the section from the time they enroll before being locked out.
Enrollment Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date that a Student can enroll in the section.
Enrollment End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline when a Student can no longer enroll in the section.
Final Drop Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline when a Student can no longer drop the section.
Training Start Date	Date Filter	Displays the date when the Student can actually start work on assignments in the section.
Training End Date	Date Filter	Displays the deadline when a Student can no longer work on assignments in the section.
Manual Enrollment Disabled	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can enroll in the section manually.
Certificates Disabled for Student	Yes/No Filter	Displays whether or not Students can download a certificate for the section.
Credit Hours	Numeric Filter	Displays the numeric value for the number of hours the section is worth for credit.
Shared Groups	Group Filter	Displays the groups to which the section is shared.
Custom Enrollment Field Defaults	Custom Field Filter	Displays all the default values for the section for a custom enrollment field in any organization to which it is shared. Depending on the field type, different filter options are available.
Credit Assignments	Numeric Filter	Displays the number of assignments in the section with a weight greater than zero.
Section Number	Text Filter	Displays the section number for the section.
CEUs	Text Filter	Displays the Continuing Education Units for the section.
Duration	Text Filter	Displays the duration of the section usually specified as X hours.
Date Indexed	Date Filter	Displays the date the section was last written to the index.

In addition, section enrollment report also includes all the columns and filters from the Subscription, Student, and Contact categories.
