Manage Organization Filters
When you have selected the appropriate report type, you can add organization filters and child organization filter and select columns for your custom report. You can also remove organization filters.
Select organization filter
You can select the organization filter used in the custom report filter. An organization filter uses the organization details of the student to filter the results.
Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Create a Custom Report.

The Create a Custom Report page is displayed.
Step 2: In the filter display, click the organization name next to “in”.
Step 3: In the dialog box, click the text box.
A list of the organization names are displayed.

Step 4: Click an organization name.
The organization name appears in the filter display and the table data is reloaded.
Remove organization filter
You can remove the organization filter from a custom report.
Step 1: On the Analytics homepage, click Create a Custom Report.

The Create a Custom Report page is displayed.

Step 2: Do one of the following steps:
Option 1: Hover over the organization name that you need to remove from the filter. Click the
icon that appears next to the filter name. The organization name is removed from the filter display and the table data is reloaded.

Option 2: Click the organization filter name. A list of organization filters is displayed.

Option 3: Click the
icon that appears next to the organization name that you need to remove from the filter. The organization name is removed from the filter display and the table data is reloaded.
