# Add a Section Enrollment

## **To add a section enrollment:**

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 1:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Administration**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**Manage Users**</mark>.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**User Listing**</mark> page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 2:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Select a user to add the enrollment details.

> The user information page is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 3:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Enrollments**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**Sections**</mark> > <mark style="color:blue;">**New Enrollment**</mark>.

> The <mark style="color:blue;">**Add New Enrollment for \<UserName>**</mark> dialog box is displayed.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 4:**</mark>\*\* \*\* In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Select an Organization**</mark> list, select the name of the organization.

Only catalogs shared to the selected organization are displayed. From here you cannot enroll a student in a section that is not shared through a catalog.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 5:**</mark>\*\* \*\* In the <mark style="color:blue;">**Search**</mark> box, type the first few characters of the enrollment that you need to add.

> or Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Catalogs**</mark>, and then select the section that you need to enroll in.

<mark style="color:blue;">**Step 6:**</mark>\*\* \*\* Click <mark style="color:blue;">**Enroll**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">.</mark>

> A notification is displayed with the *<mark style="color:red;background-color:yellow;">“You are enrolled in this section”</mark>* message.
